Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill

Daniel has been on the scene of the oil spill in the Gulf for a couple days now. And by “on the scene” I really mean “in the general vicinity,” since the slick still has yet to make landfall. The same weather problems that have slowed the cleanup at sea also prevented aerial photo scouting until Monday afternoon. Even with clearer skies, shooting was a bit of a challenge since the FAA place a restriction against flights beneath 3,000 feet.

We’ll post more photos as soon as they’re available.
